We no longer view the waste and defective plastic products generated in our production processes as trash. Instead, we are transforming them into valuable resources. Thanks to the revolutionary project we have implemented with the support of KOSGEB, we process 100% of our production waste and convert it back into raw material, thereby contributing fully to the circular economy. This not only eliminates our environmental impact but also significantly reduces our dependence on imported raw materials.
Our zero-waste policy offers tangible benefits for the environment. For every 1 ton of plastic waste recycled, we save approximately 16 barrels of oil and 5,774 kWh of energy. These figures clearly demonstrate the significant impact we have on nature. By reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 41 tons, we are also playing an active role in combating climate change. With this project, we are both reducing our production costs and protecting our planet.
Our sustainability vision is not limited to waste management. By utilizing recycled raw materials, we produce types of columns, beams, and wall barriers that have never been produced in our country before.
